Qualifications
- Must have experience with single family production style building
- Proven management and leadership experience is strongly preferred, will be overseeing 2 office personnel
- 5 years of experience in construction
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work while functioning under pressure of problem solving and managing deadlines
- Prepare bid packages and send to subcontractors for bidding.
- Work extensively with sales and marketing in determining product selections for projects
- Update scope of work as needed, pricing, and specs.
- Negotiate with sub contractors
