Commercial Roofing Project Manager

We are seeking a talented Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects of varying size and complexity.
Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple commercial roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure safety compliance.
- Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services necessary for project execution.
- Lead project meetings, effectively communicating project status, issues, and resolutions.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) OR equivalent work experience in commercial roofing project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple commercial roofing projects simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- OSHA 30-Hour certification (preferred).
