Sales Estimator
We are seeking a talented Sales Estimator to join their team and contribute to their continued success. With over a decade of experience, our client has become a trusted name in the industry.

Here, you will be earning a competitive base salary of $55,000 to $65,000 per year, plus commissions and access to benefits including Dental / Vision Insurance and more.
Sales Estimator Responsibilities :
- Analyze project requirements and create accurate and detailed estimates for commercial and residential interior cabinet and millwork projects
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide timely and competitive bids
- Conduct cost analysis and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors
- Review blueprints and specifications to identify project scope and requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
Sales Estimator Essential Job Functions :
- Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to provide accurate estimates
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Conduct comprehensive market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of estimates, contracts, and project details
Sales Estimator Skills :
- 2-3 years of experience in sales estimating within the building materials industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction documents
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
