Outside Sales-Territory Sales
Company makes and sells SIP’s (structural insulated panels) nationwide . Based out of PA for over 30 years are currently looking for a outside salesperson.
Preferred location is their home office in Mansfield PA but would consider someone in the Pittsburg market.
Need to have building materials experience, can read blueprints, do takeoffs, know residential building and has worked with contractors, builders, and architects.
Will need a proven record of sales
Understanding of building codes a plus.
They want a hunter that can go get new growth.

We are looking for an experienced Building Materials Outside Sales Rep responsible for selling a wide variety of our building products through the achievement of opportunity-based sales.
The Outside Sales Rep will reach business targets through effective management of designated territories and physical visits to customer and contractor sites and locations.
The Outside Sales Rep will also develop ongoing, profitable relationships with customers and continually maintain professionalism, integrity, passion, and top shelf communication to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities for the Outside Sales Rep :
- Ensure delivery of target sales by meeting with customers and maintaining relationships
- Recommend service and product enhancements to improve sales potential
- Analyze plans and trends to ensure best assignment of territories, clients, and service distribution
- Maintain technical and professional knowledge by reviewing professional publications, participating in industry networks, and growing lasting client relationships
- Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volumes and forecasting.
- Remain relevant with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand shifts, and product mix.
- Positively contribute to full sales and customer service teams
