Senior Estimator Responsibilities
- Review and understand all documents and assess project risks
- Understand project logistics and project schedule
- Manage and Develop cost estimates of "at risk" projects including all material, labor, equipment and general condition costs necessary to deliver a complete project
- Actively perform pre-construction duties and participate in meetings with clients, owners and engineers
- Maintain a historical database of costs
- 10 years' experience estimating Civil Infrastructure/Underground Utilities projects
- Well versed in all estimating principals including reviewing conceptual estimates
- Ability to communicate collaboratively; team player and balanced in approach
- Advanced computer skills with estimating software. Heavy Bid and excavating software is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
