- Ability to successfully run Multi-Family Projects
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills, good positive attitude
- Meet deadlines & work well under pressure
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-family construction
- Proven track record of managing project timelines effectively.
