COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry
· Strong communication skills with Project Manager, Subcontractor’s, and Owner's
· Oversee jobsite schedules to bring projects in on time and under budget
· Daily logs of job activity including compiling change orders in a timely manner
· Ability to identify and solve problems
· Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
