Superintendent Responsibilities
- Manage projects start to finish
- Daily oversight of current projects
- Coordinate work with architects, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers
- Pays special attention to prevention and documentation of delays or changes
- Reviews and executes all change orders, supplements, and cost control budget adjustments

- 5 years minimun as commercial/ Multifamily construction Superintendent
- Ground up experience and managing construction projects
- Thorough knowledge of contract documents, materials, equipment utilization, scheduling systems, productivity analysis, construction operations, and cash flow procedures are essential
- Abide by saftey rules and practices
