SUPERINTENDENT - IDOT PAVING
Looking for an EXPERIENCED SUPERINTENDENT with Paving Roads, Parking Lots, Subdivision, DOT, Grading, etc... experience. This is an excellent opportunity to get "in" with a top-notch, WELL ESTABLISHED and REPUTABLE, growing organization, with great growth and compensation potential.
Qualifications :
- BS Civil Engineering or Construction Mgmt preferred or equivalent experience
- 3 yrs Prior Superintendent Asphalt / Concrete Paving Experience
- Paving os Local, no overnight travel
- Familiar with grading, paving (asphalt and concrete), and all other asphalt construction scopes
- The Superintendent is responsible for all routine on-site project administration, scheduling and engineering
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
- Project fiscal responsibility
- Shown ability to work with all federal, state, and local governments
- Strong prioritization, organizational and detail oriented skill set needed
