What are the responsibilities and job description for the Survey CAD Technician position at Gpac?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Development of survey plans and construction documents working on complex CAD projects under the direction of a Professional Land Surveyor
- Work efficiently, multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment
- Perform work in an accurate and timely manner
- Handle multiple assignments with competing priorities
- Maintain company CAD standards throughout the projects
Key Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of progressive survey work experience or Associates Degree in CAD related field
- Working knowledge of topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, subdivisions, easement and vacation plats
- Microstation experience preferred
- Exceptional client service skills as well as in a team environment
- Self-starting, requiring minimal supervision once trained
- General knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication skills
