Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Tax Manager to join our dedicated team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the firm's tax practice, ensuring exceptional client service, and developing new business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring staff to ensure high-quality work products and timely delivery of services
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand services and increase revenue
- Providing technical expertise and consulting services to clients on tax matters
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry partners
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of five years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on taxation
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of success in developing and growing client relationships
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Proficiency in tax preparation software and technology
- $100,000-$150,000
