Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1.Shop Floor
- Put tools together for upcoming jobs that will run in the machines.
- Pull & pre-stage fixtures for machines and put back in location when finished
- Work with machine operators on inventory control
- Work with shop floor and tooling vendors for better tool life and cycle time reduction.
2. Data Entry
- Pull orders, inventory, stock, receive, data entry, make adjustments, create and fix orders when needed.
- Experience in data entry and data analysis of various metrics such as OEE, waste, attainment, attendance, etc.
- Check in/out of required tools for specific jobs, data entry, reordering and restocking of necessary supplies.
- Issued tools and supplies to employees and input data entry to ensure inventory was up to date.
3. Accurate Records
- Maintained adequate inventory levels; and ensure up-to-date, accurate records on all transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of tools coming in and out of tool crib.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory Achieved 3 promotions within 1 years time.
- Maintained accurate records of all transactions and notified the lab coordinator when inventory of supplies of chemicals needed ordering. 4. Requisitions Stock
- Prepare periodic inventory or keeps perpetual inventory and requisitions stock as needed.
- Received, unpacked, and stored incoming tools and equipment, and requisitions stock to replenish inventory.
- Identified user's tools, parts, equipment, and requirements and requisitions stock as needed.
- Receive, unpack, and store incoming tools and equipment, and requisitions stock to replenish to inventory.
5. Inventory Control
- Improved inventory control through reorganization and relabeling of stock and replacing card file with computerized system.
- Inventory Control: Executed Monthly/Annual Physical Inventory, Stored Raw Materials after Receiving.
- Loaded goods received into computer to maintain proper inventory control.
- Established standard inventory control techniques and material management methods.
