Responsibilities :

• Client Management :
• Handle assigned trust accounts, monitor investments, manage portfolios, approve expenses & distributions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, respond to inquiries & concerns.
• Account Administration :
• Manage various account types (personal trusts, investment agencies, insurance trusts, estates).
• Ensure proper account handling, monitor receipts, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Departmental Expertise :
• Serve as legal consultant for the Trust Department, review legal aspects of accounts.
• Collaborate with colleagues on legal matters and departmental operations.
• Business Development & Growth :
• Secure new business to expand the Trust Department.

Qualifications : Education :

Education :

• Minimum 2 years college degree or equivalent experience in financial, legal, or trust industries.
• Experience :
• Minimum 2 years experience in Trust Administration.
• Knowledge :
• Strong understanding of Trust laws, rules, and regulations.
• Skills :
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
