Role Description:
The Operations Manager will be a key leader within the company, driving business growth and territorial expansion. The ideal candidate is business-minded with experience in small to mid-sized companies and is comfortable handling both hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
· Drive business growth and expansion into new territories, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
· Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to waste handling and disposal.
· Build and foster a high-performing team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
· Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
· Provide guidance and expertise in waste management, recycling, and environmental services.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
· Proven experience in a similar role within the waste management, recycling, or environmental services industries.
· Strong understanding of hazardous and non-hazardous waste management processes.
· Experience in managing operations within small to mid-sized companies.
· Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.
· Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
· Business-minded with an ability to identify and seize market opportunities.
