What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hogan Developer position at GQR?
We are seeking a developer to join our Core Deposits and Customer systems (also known as Hogan Systems) give our customers the ability to customize our online, real-time access to the bank’s customer accounts and relationships across the entire enterprise. This allows us to offer our consumer, commercial and small business customers convenient, easy access to their accounts, how, when, and where they want it.
Role
- Collaborate with business partners and analysts to analyze and evaluate the current state of the Hogan system and identify and implement enhancements.
- Support the Hogan environment and applications to ensure peak performance & avoid business disruption.
Qualifications
Two or more years of development experience that includes
- Hogan System Customer Information Systems modules (i.e. CIS, AIF, etc.) including extensions to a vendor-delivered package.
- IBM mainframe development and testing tools (i.e. TSO/SPF, Compuware/Macro4, or equivalent).
- Real-time payments processing.
Job Details
Compensation:
- 2-5 yrs of experience: $110-115K.
- 5 yrs: $115-130K
- Discretionary annual bonus target of 7%
