The job of the Maintenance Assistant is to assure that the residents, families and staff have no concerns regarding the safety and upkeep of the building, equipment or the grounds.
Our maintenance team is responsible for the general operations, both exterior and interior, including electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, heating and cooling, structural and parking area. They render quality maintenance services which meet resident needs and enhance safety and satisfaction.
Requirements
All aspects of Building Maintenance including painting and carpentry work.
Flexible to participate in our on-call rotation to respond to after-hours emergency calls
Responsible for snow removal as needed.
Our full-time positions are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage as well as employee meals, paid vacation and cell phone reimbursement.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
