Location: Lansing, Michigan (Hybrid: 2 days onsite)
Compensation: 55 USD/Hr Benefits
Temporary Contract: End Date: 1 year from Start Date
Role Overview: Join our team as a GIS Analyst, where you’ll be at the forefront of integrating GIS systems with enterprise data architecture. Collaborate with the team, business leads, and information stewards to develop smart data solutions that meet application needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Enterprise Application and Data Architects.
- Collaborate with GIS data authors, solution developers, and business stakeholders.
- Develop and implement GIS integration capabilities for seamless data delivery.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in GIS-IT and enterprise data architecture.
- Expert-level proficiency with ESRI ArcGIS products (ArcCatalog, ArcMap, ArcPro).
- 2 years of experience integrating GIS systems with relational databases.
- Strong skills in Python programming using ArcPy and ArcGIS Python API.
- Proficiency in building data workflows with ArcGIS Model Builder.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Safe FME or other Spatial ETL tools.
- Knowledge of ESRI Roads and Highways Database and MS SQL Server Spatial/Oracle Spatial.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
