WHO WE ARE: The gsYOUTH team exists to help students from 6th through 12th grade take steps closer to Jesus by belonging in real relationships, growing to be like Jesus, and reaching people where we live, work, and play. We bring high energy through fun and engaging events, and we encourage students to share real-life experiences while offering them grace and truth. Providing opportunities to encounter God's Word and encouraging students towards a deeper long-lasting faith is our ultimate goal.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: We seek someone who is passionate about ministering to students from 6th to 8th grade, has a warm and caring nature, and can execute administrative tasks quickly and accurately. It is also important that this candidate have an actively growing PERSONAL relationship with the Lord. In addition, the ideal candidate will:

● Have a servant’s heart and teachable spirit
● Understand the value of being a team player
● Show initiative and the desire to get things done
WHAT YOU’LL DO: The gsYOUTH Middle School Coordinator will meet regularly with the Family Life Pastor to develop and evaluate ministry effectiveness, to share general observations, and to discuss professional growth development. The gsYOUTH Middle School Coordinator, in partnership with the gsYOUTH Team, will work in an organized effort to create an effective, highly-relational, deep, and long-lasting discipleship culture.
