CRM Data Analytics Manager

This position is responsible for leveraging data analytics and modeling to enhance CRM strategies within the Corporate & Investment Banking sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends that inform CRM strategies.
- Develop and implement predictive models to enhance client relationship management and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM systems and ensure data integrity.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business objectives.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of data analysis processes, models, and methodologies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and CRM technologies.
- Support data-driven decision-making processes by providing accurate and timely reports.
- Assist in the design and implementation of data management and governance policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data analytics, predictive modeling, and CRM systems within the Corporate & Investment Banking sector.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, and SAS.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
- Experience with CRM platforms and tools, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence applications in CRM.
