What are the responsibilities and job description for the In-Home 4th Grade ELA Tutor - Shelton position at Grade Potential Tutoring?

I have an immediate need for an in-home 4th grade ELA tutor in Shelton. The student is a fourth grader attending Bordeaux Elementary. She wants to work with a tutor for language arts.
The student is currently reading at a first grade level.
Mom's goal is to bring the student up to grade level. K
Mom wants 1 hour sessions 2 times a week. They are available Monday through Friday from 5pm-8pm.
Job Requirements
- Tutor must be willing to work at student's home in south Shelton near Squaxin Island Museum off of Tys-Ul-Tad Loop.
- Minimal travel required to meet with student (you decide the distance you are willing to travel, typically 5-10 miles)
Student Availability
Mon-Fri 5pm-8pm
