Job Duties And Responsibilities 

• Ensure that Graduate’s Short Term Rental Properties are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards 
• Ensure that Graduate’s Short Term Rental Properties are appropriately staged with Graduate Touchpoints, delivering a Graduate experience within each property 

• Transport themselves to and from Rental Property 
• Maintain inventory for daily needs & notify Guest Experience Manager of supply issues 
• Complete special projects and deep cleans on Rental Units as directed 
• Notify Guest Experience Manager of occurring deficiencies or need for repairs in home 
• Ensures that homes have clean linen, bedding and towels 

• Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the company 
• Maintain knowledge of unit, staff, services, amenities, and unit surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)  
• Ensures that unit is stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.  
• Identify items that guests have left behind and report items utilizing Graduate’s lost and found procedures 
• Self-inspect unit to ensure all sanitation and cleanliness standards are met  

• Other duties as assigned 

Education And Experience

• High School Diploma/GED 
• Valid Drivers’ License and acceptable MVR 

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Ability to multi-task  
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing  
• Team player  
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests  
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards
