Job Summary: As our Accounting Assistant, you'll play a key role in managing accounts payable, assisting with resident closings, scheduling make ready, and supporting various other accounting tasks. Your attention to detail and positive attitude will make a real difference in our day-to-day operations.

Essential Functions:

• Transfer notes from work orders with ease.
• Code, scan, and post invoices daily.
• Be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone when answering calls.
• Prepare accurate and timely resident closing statements.
• Schedule make ready tasks efficiently to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Embrace new challenges with a can-do attitude.
• Bring your comprehensive computer skills and keen attention to detail to every task.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
