What are the responsibilities and job description for the Benefits Coordinator position at Grafton Public Schools?
The Town of Grafton is accepting applications for the full-time position of BenefitsCoordinator under the general supervision of the Town Administrator. The BenefitsCoordinator is responsible for administering the Towns benefits and personnelprograms, ensuring compliance with State, Federal, and local personnel laws andregulations, and counseling staff on a variety of Human Resource matters.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing the new employee onboardingprocess, administering various benefits programs, audit monthly insurance invoices,enrollments rosters and deduction reports. The successful applicant should be familiarwith the Family Medical Leave Act, as well as Affordable Care Act reportingrequirements. Qualifications for this position include a Bachelors Degree and 3 to 5years of related experience, or a combination of municipal government experience andeducation.
This is a 35 hour per week position with a salary range of $45,000 to $50,000per year.The successful applicant must be able to work independently to ensure that timesensitive projects are completed. Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, as well asknowledge of Town government operations are required. Must have the ability to planand prioritize work while multitasking.
