Graham is currently looking for a Document Controller for our Maintenance division.
This position will be located in Monaca, PA on the Shell Cracker Plant Facility.
This is a temporary position to work on the ECU Start Up.
No Relocation assistance and/or Per Diem.
Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS 2 years of relevant experience or Diploma/Certificate 4 years of relevant experience or High School Diploma/GED 6 years of relevant experience.
- Very strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Bluebeam, and Adobe
- Experience in navigating Corporate Intranet.
- Solid technical knowledge in understanding and applying records/data management principles, concepts, tools and technology.
- Knowledgeable of ISO:9001 series standard requirements for Document Control processes.
- Attention to detail.

- Due to the nature of the work, US Citizen and/or Permanent Resident is required.

- Variable environmental conditions include heat, dusts, noise, and chemicals.
- Position will include conducting field work and wearing associated personal protective equipment, including but not limited to gloves, safety glasses/goggles, safety shoes/boots, hard hat, and hearing protection.
Responsibilities:
- Provides support, advice and direction to ensure all documents are formatted, prepared and approved in accordance with company procedures.
- Control company-controlled documents and ensure the documentation is processed in compliance with current regulations and procedures.
- Use of Microsoft Office to change or monitor quality assurance for controlled documents, such as correct document number, revision, title, etc as per the current Document Control Procedure.
- Issue and distribute controlled documents.
- Facilitate the flow of information between sites and corporate office.
- Prepare documentation for archiving.
- Ensure current master copies of company documents are maintained and available on company Document Control / Records Management database.
- Assists in the development and ongoing maintenance of the Site/ Contract SharePoint Site.
- May provide Document Control support for transitions / implementations on new contract commencement.
- Provides support to the Manager, Corporate Quality Assurance on various projects and initiatives.
