Position Details:

As a Talent Consultant you will be a part of the Learning & Leadership Development (L&LD) Center of Excellence, reporting to the Director, L&LD. With guidance from a senior team member, the Talent Consultant will work on several projects that are both strategic and executional. The focus of this role will be to support our Career Development portfolio and will include leading early-in-career development programs, creating development planning tools and resources, and supporting other portfolio initiatives.

• Manage early-in-career development program responsibilities, including stakeholder management, recruitment, onboarding, rotations, curriculum development, events, and off-boarding
• Work collaboratively with HR partners and other team members to assess organizational opportunities to design and develop solutions.
• Shift from strategic to tactical work depending on the situation and role required.
• Navigate complex situations and work as priorities/needs of the business or team can easily change course.
• Demonstrate a consultative approach.
• Communicate with Talent Development Partners and all levels of HR.
• Develop working relationships by building credibility with partners.
• Write communications, presentations, and training materials using measurement and analytics to show program impact.
• Research information and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to arrive at valid conclusions, recommendations, and plans of action.
• Guide the continuous improvement of assigned programs.

• BA/BS or equivalent
• 5 plus years of experience in a related field.
• Created communications and presentations for all levels
• Experience presenting work to large groups.
• Experience consulting with multiple partners.
• Experience acting with intent, competing with urgency, and winning as one team.
• Experience adapting in an ever-evolving environment. (agility)
• Experience managing projects and driving for results.
• Process-orientation/continuous improvement: implement improvement opportunities to increase operational efficiency
