Product Ownership at Grameen
Grameen America is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead two new strategic initiatives. The first is an internal-facing Data & Analytics Platform that aims to provide automated, actionable, visual reports to all Grameen America teams, eliminating most manual report creation and enabling faster and better-informed decisions. The second is a member-facing Credit Enhancement offering, with a goal of measurably improving Members' credit scores at two of the three main credit bureaus. A successful candidate will be comfortable navigating a small, cross-functional team towards a Minimum Viable Product. They will then be equally comfortable using their product management toolbox to elicit constructive feedback from Members and staff, synthesize this quickly into requirements, prioritize the resulting features, and incorporate them into a cyclical process of continuous improvement.
The portfolio of products under development at Grameen America changes over time. These and other product development needs may come into or out of the portfolio of projects assigned to this position. The above products represent Grameen's first two project needs.

- Create and maintain a roadmap of future features in the Data & Analytics platform.
- Ensure timely execution of the features in the Data & Analytics platform roadmap.
- Take a leading role in the design and implementation of our member-facing Credit Enhancement product.
- Engage in a discovery and learning process with Members to deeply understand their needs and expectations of Grameen's impact on their credit scores and histories, to understand what reporting changes, educational materials, or loan product enhancements might be necessary to bring their credit scores in closer alignment with these needs and expectations.
- Create and maintain a roadmap of future Credit Enhancement changes.
- Ensure timely execution of the features in the Credit Enhancement roadmap, in partnership with internal stakeholders in compliance, finance, operations, and others.
- Be a partner, champion, and support to Members through their Grameen journey.
- Have a willingness to roll projects into and out of your product portfolio over time.
