Position:
The Process Engineering Technician is an integral part to ensuring high quality parts are being produced. This role is responsible for the hands-on operation of automated blow molding equipment including diagnose, adjust, and repair equipment to correct or improve the production process.
We will look for this role to contribute to the overall operational efficiency by recommending enhancements to equipment and safety as well as pursue and contribute towards cost reduction with a commitment to the process of continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate for this role will be motivated, versatile, agile, and committed to process improvement with strong communication and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will also have an interest in professional development leading toward future operational leadership, supervisory, and management positions within Grammer Americas.

- Ability to stand / walk 8 hours, moderate lifting, use of hands
