Grammer is looking for a Production Planner to join our

location in Tupelo, MS. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team

environment. This individual will have an opportunity to make lasting and

positive changes in our team!

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

responsible for checking material, scheduling production based on

material on hand, and releasing production orders into production.

Job Functions:

• Analyzes customer releases, ensures accurate data transfer
  
  

to production.

• Performs daily maintenance for SAP; MD06, CO41.
• Serves as the liaison with production supervisors to
  
  

determine adjustments needed per headcount, material status, etc.

• Coordinates with warehouse supervisor to expedite transfer of materials from stock area to
  
  

production area.

• Prepares weekly reporting of MPS, which includes updating from previous week.
• Interfaces with material planners and customer service to ensure accurate deliveries.
• Data entry into SAP. Make SAP adjustments.
  
  

Qualifications Desired:

• High School or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of related experience
• Excellent computer skills.
• Good math skills.
• Excellent organization abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• SAP knowledge
• ISO9000 knowledge
• Detailed
• Flexibility
• Excellent prioritizing skills
