JOB TITLE: Server
REPORTS TO: Restaurant Manager
DEPARTMENT: Food & Beverage
SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
WAGE: $5.50/hour tips
This position requires previous serving experience. Applicant must be 21 years of age or older, have or be prepared to obtain a Food Handling Certificate, and possess or be prepared to obtain an Alcohol Certification Card.
Job Duties & Tasks
· Greets the guests warmly and connects upon their arrival
· Anticipates guests needs and provides recommendations from the menu
· Menu knowledge required and takes guest food order and works with kitchen on delivery of product in a timely fashion
· Works with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction and cleanliness are achieved
· Delivers food and replenishes drinks and other items throughout their stay
· Closes out ticket and tenders payment with guest

Here's what's needed for the job:
- Direct table service experience in an upscale restaurant preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. 75% of the shift.
- Must be able to move in fast-paced motion.
- Must be able to stand and move on feet for up to 9 hours.
- Food Handling Certificate and Alcohol Card
- Proficient conversation English language skills required
Must be able to work on both Saturday and Sunday and some holidays
