Job Description
- Ensures a high quality, effective, and professional experience is provided to every customer while following the dealership’s sales process.
- Text-Call-Email to confirm all internet appointments
- Does follow up on any no show appointments set for the store.
- Works with BDC Director or Managers on store appointments.
- Ensure showroom and entrances are clean, safe and presentable.
- Ensure sales staff adheres to all departmental and organizational policies and procedures.
- Develops and achieves challenging individual goals and expectations.
- Established knowledge base regarding all products, services, accessory packages and competitive makes and models.
- Builds productive working relationships and consults with others as necessary. Takes initiative to help others as needed.
- Actively listens to concerns of customers as well as coworkers and takes prompt action to respond to their needs.
- Maintains composure in dealing with customers.
- Identifies and supports opportunities for methods/process improvement in the sales department.
- Participates in departmental and dealership wide meetings.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in automotive sales
- Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career.
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
- Proficient verbal/written communication, and presentation skills
- Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through.
- Valid U.S. Driver's license
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR and drug screen.
