Overview: As a resident enrichment professional at Grand Brook Memory Care, the Assistant Life Engagement Manager is responsible for the weekend activities of community recreational services and is part of a team that strives to care for and support their residents and their families the same way they would care for their own loved ones.
Job Description: The Assistant Life Engagement Manager motivates, engages and inspires memory impaired residents with cognitive stimulation programs. This role will assess the social and recreational needs of each resident, lead programs that include memory enhancement, new learning, physical fitness, music, art appreciation, family engagement and community service projects and helps to create a fun and innovative recreational program for our residents.
Qualifications:
Must be energetic, outgoing and dedicated to serve seniors with passion and excellent customer service. Flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents, the ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional travel, evening, and weekend hours.
Ability to read, write, speak and interpret English. Must have a valid driver license, good driving record, and current auto insurance. Must meet all health requirements, including TB testing and pass company and state required background checks.

- Ability to exert maximum muscle force necessary to lift, push, pull, move and transfer up to 100 pounds.
