```Duties``` - Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. - Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. - Manage and monitor hotel budgets, expenses, and financial performance. - Coordinate with various departments such as housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance to ensure excellent guest experiences. - Train, supervise, and evaluate hotel staff to maintain high standards of service. - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. - Maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction by ensuring quality service and accommodations. - Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards. ```Experience``` - Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management or related field. - Proven track record in budgeting, revenue management, and financial analysis. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Bilingual proficiency is a plus. - Experience in front desk operations, guest services, or related areas is preferred. - Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations effectively.
