What are the responsibilities and job description for the Golf Food and Beverage Attendant position at Grand Hotel?
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist golfers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
- Set up and maintain outdoor dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Provide knowledge and recommendations on menu items and golf-related services
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate billing
- Assist with event and tournament coordination
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold high standards of service and hospitality at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus
- Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a golf or resort setting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment and stand for long periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
- Knowledge of golf etiquette and terminology is a plus
