We are looking for several Commercial Loan Assistants who can help our loan officers in reviewing loan applications and collecting necessary documents. This position has a hybrid work schedule. Compensation:

$50,000 - $55,000 yearly bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Review loan applications to determine if they meet minimum standards
  • Prepare loan summary
  • Collect the required information from the borrower
  • Verify documents provided by the borrower
  • Assist and coordinate internal parties involved in the loan application process
  • Handle other duties assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

  • AA degree or Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in MS Office required
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
