We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Commercial Real Estate Loan Originator to join our team in Monterey Park. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable about commercial lending and have the ability to develop new business and maintain relationships with potential clients. Compensation:

$100,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

  • Originate floating-rate commercial real estate loans
  • Meet with loan applicants and assess their financial needs
  • Determine appropriate loan structure and pricing
  • Establish relationships with loan brokers
  • Analyze loan applicants' financial strengths and weaknesses
  • Conduct site visits and evaluate properties and locations
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to facilitate loan closing, as needed
  • Assist in the collection of accounts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong credit analysis and accounting background
  • Minimum 1 year of commercial lending experience
  • Ability to analyze financial information
  • Strong client relations skills
  • Excellent communication skills
