Do you have a passion for providing great customer service? Doherty Top Talent is partnering with a leading water treatment company for an exciting employment opportunity in Saint Cloud, MN. We are seeking candidates for a Customer Service Representative to work on the 1st shift. Compensation for this temp-to-hire role is $16.00-$17.00 per hour.

What you will do as a Customer Service Representative:

  • Communicate via phone, emails, and in person with customers
  • Utilize multiple software systems
  • Coordinate large administrative and accounting functions

What you need to be a Customer Service Representative:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and documentation
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently, critical thinking is a must for this role
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with a team #worknow
