~ Real Estate Broker - Business Owner seeking Full or Part Time Executive Assistant.
We are located near 44th Ave North in Myrtle Beach , SC . We have been a full service general brokerage Real Estate firm for over 15 years. Owner is seeking a full time or part time admin / assistant for aiding in the areas of (but not limited to) : answering phone calls, processing and management of Seller and Purchaser Files/Contracts, Social Media Content Creation and Management. Daily tasks at office as well as around the Grand Strand. Seeking 30 /- hours per week. Competitive Pay with increase and bonus opportunities.
Seeking an individual who is driven, responsible and personable. Someone who is a delight to be around and brings happiness and joy into the workplace. Individual will need to have some sort of Real Estate background. Prospective applicant DOES NOT need to be a licensed Realtor, however, active and or previous licensees would be preferred. Applicant needs to have prior knowledge and or experience regarding the industry and what it requires possibly by working as a Real Estate Paralegal, or Loan Officer Assistant.
Typical hours would be estimated from M-F 9:30am until approximately 4pm daily. Individual would not necessarily need to be IN OFFICE every day as a schedule would be created between Owner and Assistant for certain days in office and certain days out of office. Position provides flexibility and allows individual to be able to run errands and be out of office during the work week which is an added bonus. However, Individual will possibly need to be on call on weekends and may be asked to do certain tasks on Saturday or Sundays but only on an as needed basis.
