Job Summary and Qualifications

This position requires registered nurses that have expertise in cardiovascular and pulmonary specialty areas. They will serve as role models for Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehabilitation by integrating the role components of clinician, teacher, consultant, administrator and researcher. Assessing, assisting with exercise, teaching and charting are everyday job components. Both inpatients and outpatients are seen.

What qualifications you will need:

• Registered Nurse Diploma
• Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), or Registered Nurse
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Minimum of 6 months experience with Cardiovascular-Pulmonary Patients
• Knowledge of Telemetry
