Job Summary
This internship will provide the opportunity to learn about Project Management. You will work on projects that will give you hands-on experience with tools, templates, project management methodology, business analysis, quality assurance and change management. The opportunity will allow you to sharpen your communication and problem-solving skills in a business environment.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
1. Provide support for in-flight projects assisting with coordination of team activities, creating documentation, with a strong focus on stakeholder, budget, and milestone management.
2. Assume responsibility for coordinating some project activities.
3. Ensure standards are consistently being followed across all user groups, identify inconsistency, and recommend improvement opportunities.
4. Perform continuous improvement efforts around current templates, tools, and processes.
5. Participate in internship activities and programs.
6. Prepare end of internship presentation.

Qualifications & Requirements
Student in Junior or Senior status pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project or Program Management, Supply Chain, or other related field required.
Experience & Training
• Participative involvement in campus organizations, non-class related volunteer involvement, off-campus employment and demonstrated leadership preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel, Powerpoint and Word
• Effective analytical and communication skills
• Basic statistics knowledge desirable
