What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Float Night position at GRANDE RONDE HOSPITAL?
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible to the Unit Nurse Manager and/or Nursing Supervisor. The RN defines, gives, coordinates and evaluates the total nursing care of an assigned group of patients. They are responsible for the written Nursing Care Plan (NCP), acts as the patient advocate and is responsible for the direction and supervision of any personnel assigned to them. They are responsible for the competencies and qualifications of four nursing departments. RN must agree to 2-year commitment to this position.
