Schedule: Dayshift, 12-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 7 PM)

What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
- NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
- Active Respiratory Therapist License from the State of Alabama
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certifications
Your Impactful Role:
- Perform a variety of respiratory procedures under the guidance of our dedicated physicians and Respiratory Director, while adhering to NBRC and state regulations.
- Assess and recommend appropriate respiratory care tailored to each patient's needs.
- Provide critical care to patients in acute, chronic, and emergency situations, including managing mechanical ventilation.
- Collect and analyze arterial blood gases, administer aerosolized medications, and deliver essential respiratory treatments.
- Initiate and manage oxygen therapy using advanced devices to enhance patient comfort and care.
- Keep accurate patient care documentation aligned with established policies.
