Job Overview
The Dishwasher role is responsible for ensuring kitchen cleanliness and maintaining kitchen organization. Success in this role will be determined by your ability to support the kitchen’s efficiency and safety before, during, and after service.
The Dishwasher role will be expected to:
Make sure all dishes, pots, cutting boards, utensils, and cooking equipment are cleaned properly
Empty, clean, and reline bins as needed
Clean and sanitize all meal preparation areas, kitchen walls, sinks, equipment, refrigeration units, and storage areas
Maintain organization in stations and storage areas
Sweep and mop all kitchen areas during and after shifts
Receive, unpack, and restock delivery items as needed
Maintain station setup to Executive Chef’s standards
Stock rotation of plates and equipment
Maintain kitchen and food safety standards
Understand how to properly use all necessary equipment
Hold ServSafe certification, Granita will provide
This is an hourly position with an hourly pay rate starting at $15/hour plus health insurance after 90 days to full time employees
