Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Serves as a vital maintenance resource to understand the overarching goals within Granite and serves in a leadership role in assisting the maintenance technicians to achieve them. The Maintenance Supervisor serves a critical role when it comes to making decisions within the department and for Granite while representing the organization with humility, integrity, and accountability.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Learn and maintain knowledge of Pointe West managed properties and property owners Review and assign work orders to the appropriate maintenance team using Granite’s property management software system
- Assist in training and onboarding of new hires
- Actively provide feedback, input, and recommendations concerning maintenance practices and strategies to better Granite overall.
- Hold accountable and support maintenance staff using expertise, experience and understanding
- Evaluate each staff member’s performance to ensure humility, integrity, and accountability while being efficient and productive
- Familiar with the roles and responsibilities of Pointe West staff and departments to help in being a better resource to tenants and other external stakeholders
- Assist and facilitate maintaining building operations
- Assist the Maintenance technicians when necessary
- Capacity to work overtime during periods of high volume activity
- Actively work with third party vendors on obtaining and reviewing quotes and facilitating repairs in a timely manner
Maintain positive correspondence with residents and property owners regarding maintenance concerns Work with accounting and admin teams to review work order questions/charges/billable hours Order inventory and oversee inventory management
- All other duties, as assigned
Education Requirements:
Technical training and/or maintenance experience preferred

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
