Job Title: Market President, Indianapolis
Basic Job Function
Granite Management LLC is seeking a Market President (MP) to assist in the development and management of the Greater Indianapolis territory. The MP will service multiple needs including but not limited to: primary supervision and oversight of all market specific staff (both digitally and in person) through regular and frequent property visits, business development, and assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of the annual market-level budget. Reporting to the President, the MP is an important member of the Granite Leadership Team and will have frequent interaction and involvement with the C-Suite, corporate Directors, Managers, and other Market Presidents.
Scope of Responsibilities
Oversight
- Support all business development efforts with support and assistance from President & CDO, CEO, and CRO
- Responsible for support in managing activity and output of all market specific staff
- Development support of all monitoring, accountability and performance metrics of all market specific staff
- Ultimate backup and supporting authority and responsibility for all action and output of market specific staff
- Assist in determining capacity utilization necessary to effectively perform work required while limiting both over and under extension impacts
- Responsible for support for market specific leasing metric management, monitoring and accountability to the President, CEO, COO, and CRO as well as the Sr. Director of Leasing & Marketing, as applicable
- Direct interaction with property owner clients, serving as their first point of contact for account management related inquiries
Budget
- Assist CFO, CEO, and President in formulation of pro forma annual property budgets by assigned deadline each year
- Participate in annual budget review meetings with property owners to develop/refine budgets
- Collaborate with management to monitor both Granite market and applicable individual property budgets on an ongoing basis as frequently as required for effective performance
- Collaborate with management to address all significant budget variances and develop immediate plan of action
Process Development & Implementation Support and Collaboration
- Develop any support systems for metric and analytical processes
- Develop systems that are both scalable and repeatable (e.g. multiple regional operations, franchising/licensing)
- Manage all vendor/subcontractor relationships
- Maintain general compliance from a governmental/legal, lease/contract, safety and all other enforceable items
- Monitor internal compliance on all technician related standards
- Maintain all supporting digital and physical information and files

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Prefer 5 year background in property management or 5 year background in entrepreneurial environment with significant change and growth
Remuneration: Base Salary with metric bonus structure based on assigned portfolio leasing and budget objectives
