Summary:
LM Restaurant Group is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and positive Host to join our team. A Host is responsible for ensuring the guests are having a pleasurable experience from the moment they enter the restaurant until they leave. You will be responsible for guest satisfaction, greeting and seating guests, answering phones, taking and executing reservations/waitlist and daily side work. LM Restaurant Group values their employees by providing a safe, constructive and positive work environment.
Essential Functions:
Greet guests in polite and friendly demeanor
Seat guests in accordance to section rotation
Manage waitlist and reservations
Quote accurate wait times
Answer phones
Keeping host stand clean and organized
Resolve guest issues
Take carry out orders and provide menu recommendations
Accurately entering orders into POS system
Learn full menu including allergens in each menu item
Cash handling
Complete opening and closing side work
Stocking
Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude
Occasional janitorial services
Knowledge:

Physical Demand:
Must be able to stand for 8 hours

Ability to work in hot and cool conditions

Required Education and experience:
1 years Host experience in a trendy high-volume restaurant is preferred
Food Handlers certification within 30 days of employment
Allergen certification preferred
High School diploma/GED preferred
