  • Teaneck, NJ : 411 Alfred Avenue, Teaneck, NJ (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm)

Job Functions & Responsibilities

  • Screen telephone calls and answer routine inquiries
  • Prepare new hire packets and onboarding material
  • Conduct background checks for new hires
  • Enter files and ensure all documents are stored correctly in our database
  • Complete requests for employment verification and changes to personal information
  • Post open positions on the our websites career page and job boards
  • Assist with other HR duties.

Qualifications

  • Organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Type: Full Time
