- Ability to follow a daily production list.
- Responsible for enforcing the AM and PM daily routine.
- Ensures DOT compliance for all lawncare trucks and trailers.
- Responsible for the knowledge of various lawn conditions such as diseases, weeds, pests, fungus, etc.
- Responsible for the knowledge of chemicals to include practical applications and safety precautions, as well as the immediate use of such chemicals.
- Responsible for the knowledge of all NYS pesticide application procedures.
- Must have excellent customer relation skills
- Responsible for quality of own work and that of subordinate employees.
- Performs regular customer service and appropriate/professional customer interactions.
- Responsible for customer retention through high customer satisfaction.
- Safely operates company vehicle at all times
- Winter account maintenance
- Able to work early mornings and late evenings
- Able to work weekends as needed
Must have a valid, clean NYS driver’s license. NYS Pesticide Certification is a plus but we will train the right candidates.
