Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Grateful Dawg Grooming. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the front desk operates smoothly. Love of Dogs a Must.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients (dogs and their owners) in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer calls promptly
- Manage email correspondence
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Coordinate animal appointments
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or issues effectively
Experience:
- Proficient in computerized systems and office software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience in customer service and dog services preferred but not necessary
- Manage appointment schedule
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can showcase your customer service skills while handling various administrative duties. Job can also develop into a bather/apprentice Groomer position.
