You will act in the best interest of laboratory processing care and Gravity Diagnostics while serving as a liaison between our customers and the lab. You are responsible for the receiving and processing of laboratory specimens and requisitions ensuring accuracy of information processed. Respond to inquiries and research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer problems. This role will also perform a wide variety of administrative and clerical duties.

You are responsible for the receiving and processing of laboratory specimens and requisitions ensuring accuracy of information processed. Respond to inquiries and research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer problems. This role will also perform a wide variety of administrative and clerical duties.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Follow and adhere to the Corporate Compliance Program along with all HIPAA guidelines.
- Receive and process of laboratory specimens and requisitions.
- Enter requisitions data into the online database and label the specimens.
- Verify patient demographic information matches the test requisition form submitted
- Serves as a liaison for Gravity Diagnostics and its customers in response to inquiries and problems.
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer problems.
- Performs a wide variety of administrative/clerical duties.
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work the drive through testing site
- Meet established metrics and quality measures to ensure timely and accurate results
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a protective laboratory setting
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced, high volume ever-changing environment
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Capability to handle time constraints and effectively manage deadlines
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required.
- Proficient computer and typing skills
Physical Requirements:
- Long periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs, work in protective equipment and sit/stand for long periods of time.

Salary : $29,100 - $36,900
