What You’ll Do:
- Ensure the consistent execution of service standards
- Cultivate friendships within the Gravity Haus community
- Provide excellent anticipatory service support to guests
- Build daily boards for each housekeeper based on arrivals, departures, inhouse and take into consideration VIPs and special requests
- Train all team members to ensure efficiency and safety
- Ensure team members have all supplies needed
- Maintain housekeeping tools and equipment
- Communicate with Front Desk each day regarding priority rooms for early arrivals and VIPs
- Daily use of Alice software to connect with guests and resolve housekeeping requests
- Refill and track minibar items
- Communicate efficiently with all Gravity Haus divisions to create a memorable guest experience.
- Oversee all Housekeeping and Laundry operations
- Ensure all monthly budgets are managed to bottom line margins
- Manage room assignments as needed
- Flex staff as needed (cut team members when slow and call in when needed)
- Manage linen and product inventory for Housekeeping
- Purchase and expense tracking for cleaning chemicals and operating supplies
- Hire, train and develop a pipeline of leadership and talent on property to GH standards
- Bridge communications across the property
- Be a Gravity Haus Ambassador with an active part in our mission and vision.
- Understanding hospitality scheduling revolves around “guest need” and our hotel operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- Provide a genuine and elevated guest experience with a community focus, sustainable approach and driven attitude.
- Coordinate and communicate with maintenance on a daily basis
- Manage the purchase and expense line to include invoice coding.
- It is preferred you are proficient in both English and Spanish speaking skills

Requirements
Education and Experience
- 1 plus years of housekeeping experience preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Twisting, Bending, Lifting
- Pushing carts
- Walking stairwells
